Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all paid HAMANI CRM subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Free trials are free of charge for 30 days. No card is required to start the trial, and there is nothing to refund. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.
First Supporter discount on refunds: if you signed up in the First Supporter window (30% off for 23 months, then 20% off for life), any pro-rated refund is calculated on the actual discounted price you paid — never the list price.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the billing period. Partial months are not refunded except as required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months if cancelled within 30 days of the most recent renewal. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service is faulty, materially fails to perform as represented, or breaches a consumer guarantee that cannot be remedied, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
5. Failed paid actions — automatic account credit
Some actions you pay for (for example, certain message sends or processing actions) are protected by our self-healing system, which automatically retries and falls back if something goes wrong. In the rare event that a paid action ultimately fails, HAMANI will automatically issue an account credit for that action to your workspace — you do not need to ask. Credits are applied to your account balance and offset against future charges.
An automatic credit is our default remedy and is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not issue a cash refund for a failed paid action unless you specifically request one, in which case we will honour that request where the consumer guarantees apply. Every automatic heal and credit is recorded in an immutable audit log retained for seven years.
6. How to request a refund
Email enquiries@hamanicrm.com.au from the email address on your account (subject line “Refund request”), or use our contact form. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputed amounts may result in account suspension pending resolution.
