Cookie Policy
This policy takes effect when HAMANI CRM launches and may be updated before then.
This Cookie Policy explains how HAMANI PTY LTD(ACN 696 864 981), of Sydney, Australia (“HAMANI”, “we”, “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on HAMANI CRM. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and should be read with it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Our approach — essential by default
We keep cookies to a minimum. HAMANI CRM uses only the cookies needed to run the product — to keep you signed in securely and to remember your preferences. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell or share your browsing data, and we do not load third-party tracking or analytics cookies by default. There is no cookie wall and no pre-ticked boxes.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for a site to function; others are optional. We also use equivalent browser storage (such as localStorage) for the same essential purposes, and treat it under this same policy.
3. The cookies we use
Essential cookies (always on)
These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality. They include:
- Session / authentication — a secure, signed cookie that keeps you logged in to your workspace and protects against cross-site request forgery. Without it you could not stay signed in.
- Security — short-lived values that support sign-in challenges (for example, bot/abuse protection) and country-binding of your session.
Functional cookies (preferences)
These remember choices you make so the product behaves the way you expect — for example, an interface preference, or a referral/pre-launch flag set when you follow a link. They are not used to track you across other websites.
Advertising cookies
None. HAMANI CRM does not run advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics cookies
Off by default. If we ever introduce product analytics, it will be opt-in — we will ask for your consent first and you can decline without losing access to the Service.
4. Third-party services
Some essential parts of the Service are delivered by trusted providers who may set their own strictly-necessary cookies when you use that feature — for example, our infrastructure and bot-protection provider (Cloudflare), sign-in (Firebase / Google, only if you choose Google sign-in), and payment processing (Stripe, only on billing pages). These cookies support security and the function you asked for; they are not used by us for advertising. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
5. Managing cookies
You stay in control. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can delete existing cookies for this site. Please note that blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent the workspace from functioning. Because we do not use advertising or non-essential tracking, there is nothing extra to opt out of today.
6. Your rights and complaints
You have rights over your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including access and correction, as set out in our Privacy Policy. If you have a concern about how we use cookies or handle your data, contact us first at enquiries@hamanicrm.com.au and we will work to resolve it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies — for example, if we introduce opt-in analytics — we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
