Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may do with HAMANI CRM. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and useful for everyone.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use HAMANI CRM to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or violate any applicable anti-spam law (including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth))
- Send communications that are deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Process personal information without a lawful basis
- Upload malware, attempt to access systems without authorisation, or interfere with the Service
- Scrape, mirror, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law
- Resell or sub-license the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
2. Special-category data
Do not store information whose unauthorised disclosure would create material legal risk (e.g. payment card numbers, government ID numbers, protected health records) unless your plan and configuration explicitly support that data type.
3. AI usage
When using HAMANI CONCIERGE: do not submit prompts intended to generate unlawful content, defamatory output, or to evade safety measures. AI outputs are not legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Reporting
Report abuse to enquiries@hamanicrm.com.au. Report security issues to enquiries@hamanicrm.com.au and see Security.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, suspend access without notice where safety is at risk, and terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches.
